Trails Regional Library continues to offer virtual events each month on a variety of topics.
In November, patrons can register to attend our live Virtual Book Club. November’s pick is The Fixed Stars by Molly Wizenberg, available online (ebook audiobook) or in print. We’ll meet Monday, November 23 at 5pm. Register using our form or email register@trailslibrary.org.
The first Young Adult (YA) Book Club will meet on Wednesday, November 18 from 4-6pm. This event is open to all ages who want to discuss YA literature. November’s pick will be the Impeachment of Abraham Lincoln by Stephen L. Carter. Print copies are available on our Missouri Evergreen catalog or by calling your local branch and digital audiobook editions are available on OverDrive. Each Tuesday in November, the library is offering access to children ages 8-14 to its private Minecraft Realm. Up to 10 players will be sent the login information to join this group playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition with the goal of defeating the Ender Dragon by the end of the month! We will meet each Tuesday in November from 5-6pm on GoToMeeting to go over the plan for gameplay.
