Due to health safety concerns surrounding the increased cases of COVID-19, Trails Regional Library will operate Curbside Service only, beginning Monday, December 7th.
This is a temporary limitation of services, which Library administration will re-examine in a few weeks. The decision to reduce services is a difficult one. Trails Regional Library staff are passionate about serving our community. We recognize that the Library and its many services are an important resource. However, we view this as the most responsible path forward to support the health and well-being of our communities at this time. We will be constantly monitoring the situation and look forward to resuming in-person services as soon as possible.
Patrons can continue to place holds online or over the phone and arrange pick up at any of our branch locations. Printing services are also available via curbside with up to 10 pages printed free of charge per patron. All in-person services including browsing and using public computers will be unavailable until further notice.
Digital materials continue to be fully available 24/7, including ebooks and audiobooks for children and adults from our services Tumblebooks, OverDrive, and Hoopla.
Trails Regional Library’s virtual programs include weekly Storytime on our Facebook page, a library of on-demand virtual programs for children and adults on our Youtube channel, and an upcoming Winter Reading Challenge available at Curbside Service and via our online tracking system, Beanstack.
