Ages 19+: Join us for ZUMBA! Classes have upbeat music, are designed to be fun, with participants encouraged to move to the beat. Our Zumba classes are designed for suitable for ages 13+ and all fitness levels. We will target areas such as the core, legs, and glutes.
All Ages: Join us on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00 AM for a family friendly movie. Bring a friend and a drink with a lid. We will provide the popcorn!
